We deposited myelin images with ground truths that were used on machine learning applications to the Image Data Resource (IDR) repository. They provide DOI for your data and make it visible to a wide range of researchers. It was a pleasure to work with them.
The images are multi-channel and multi-z fluorescent images of myelinating oligodendrocyte and neuron co-cultures. We marked the myelin on each image to provide ground truths for people working on image processing. The link for the images is: https://doi.org/10.17867/10000152
