Our paper titled “DeepMQ: A Deep Learning Approach Based Myelin Quantification in Microscopic Fluorescence Images” is accepted for publication as a part of the 26th European Signal Processing Conference (EUSIPCO 2018). In this paper we describe use of machine learning in identification of myelin as a method for rapid myelin quantification. We are developing DeepMQ strategy as a faster and improved alternative to CEM.
