Our patent application was deemed to be patentable by the International Searching Authority under the Patent Cooperation Treaty. From what I can gather among the legal language is that right now we are eligible to file our patent in any country we want and have an international protection. The patent, titled “Development of novel therapeutic molecules with capability of targeting multiple receptors for treatment of Parkinson’s disease” covers a new set of molecules targeting two receptors at a time.
I am keeping my fingers crossed for the other patent application we have in the works. Sorry that I can’t get into details for that one. Stay tuned!
