Our machine learning algorithm for automated myelin quantification, DeepMQ, was presented at the EUSIPCO 2018 by Assoc. Prof. Behcet Ugur Toreyin. Our goal is to speed up myelin quantification, which is frequently done manually, in order to enable larger drug screening against myelination diseases such as multiple sclerosis (MS).
